We are currently seeking a Café Assistant for our Hastings village who shares our enthusiasm for hospitality and dedication to service. In this role, you will play an essential part in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our café. Your responsibilities will include preparing, presenting, and serving food and beverages to a high standard, delivering outstanding barista services, assisting with catering for village events and resident functions, and managing cash handling and daily reconciliation. You will collaborate closely with the Café Manager, Chef, and the wider village team to create a café atmosphere that is welcoming, consistent, and enjoyable for residents, their families, and visitors. This is a casual position, with hours based on demand. About You We are looking for someone who brings a positive and friendly approach to their work.
