This position offers a hands-on role that combines customer service excellence with sales support, ensuring our customers receive the best solutions to meet their needs. In this role, you will: - Welcome customers and provide them with outstanding service as the friendly face of our store. - Assist with phone inquiries and process customer orders with precision. - Offer sales support to help customers find the right products. - Efficiently handle the processing of inwards and outwards goods. - Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment that values hard work and a proactive attitude.
