We take pride in our commitment to excellence and our supportive work environment. About the Role We are currently seeking a dedicated customer service representative to join our team at BNT Tauriko. This full-time position offers regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, along with alternative Saturday mornings. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the exceptional service they expect and deserve. As a natural communicator and relationship builder, you will quickly establish rapport with our customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and enhance their experience. A full, clean driver's license is required, as this role includes assisting with customer deliveries and related tasks.
