About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our established team of customer-focused professionals. In this fast-paced and service-driven role, you will be responsible for providing prompt and professional support by managing inquiries via phone and email. You will also liaise with various departments within our business to ensure a seamless customer experience.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for inbound support inquiries through phone and email.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, sales orders, and basic product troubleshooting.
- Listening to customer questions or issues and directing them to the appropriate team promptly.
- Processing product sale requests from start to finish while coordinating with internal sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
- Providing necessary information to internal teams to ensure timely customer deliveries.
- Ensuring accurate entry of all customer orders according to their specifications.
- Delivering excellent issue resolution and following up as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have experience in busy, fast-paced customer service environments. Whether you have a background in call centers or have excelled in retail or hospitality settings, we welcome your application.
We are looking for maturity, clear and confident communication skills, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.

This is a full-time, permanent position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing you to enjoy your weekends free. This opportunity allows you to work close to home in the Hutt Valley.
