About the Role We are currently seeking a Freight Officer to join our team in Wellington. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries over the phone and in person, as well as managing freight operations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. We are looking for a computer-savvy individual who possesses excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude. This position also requires some heavy lifting, so physical fitness is an advantage.
