About You We are looking for candidates with experience working with individuals who have experienced neurological events, though this is not essential. The ideal applicant will possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with both clients and employers. Key qualifications and attributes include: - Capability to perform thorough assessments and flexibly integrate interventions, utilizing problem-solving skills and robust communication while being guided by client goals. - Strong organizational skills and effective time management. - Competency in te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori, or a commitment to beginning your learning journey in these areas. - You must be a registered Occupational Therapist in New Zealand with a current annual practicing certificate or the ability to obtain one.
