About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Orchardist to join our team. In this hands-on position, you will engage in all aspects of orchard management, ensuring our apples reach their peak quality during the harvest. This role offers a dynamic work environment that evolves with the seasons, presenting new challenges and learning opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: - Tree management, including pruning, training, and direct care of the trees - General orchard operations such as quality control, irrigation, spraying, and tractor driving - Orchard redevelopment, which involves improving and developing existing orchard blocks - Utilizing technology-driven decision-making by working with innovative systems - Opportunities for team leadership and supervision as you gain experience Requirements While prior orchard experience is beneficial, we value transferable skills and a willingness to learn equally.
