    Location: Radius Elloughton Gardens, 1 Pages Road, Marchwiel, Timaru 7910 Hours of Work: 30 hours per week Pay Rate: $26.94 - $29.10 per hour, depending on completed caregiving qualifications About the Company At Radius Care, we are a New Zealand-owned and operated company dedicated to providing exceptional health and aged care services for the elderly and disabled. About the Role We are seeking dedicated care staff to join our team at Radius Elloughton Gardens. In this role, you will provide outstanding care to our residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while working collaboratively with your team to implement individualized care plans. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in your role. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting with personal care tasks while encouraging residents to make decisions that foster their independence. - Completing delegated tasks promptly and efficiently. - Responding to resident requests quickly and providing relevant information. - Maintaining and updating resident healthcare records. - Assisting with the handover of residents during shift changes. Requirements To be considered for this role, you should possess: - A New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 3 (or equivalent) with at least three years of relevant experience; OR a New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4 (or equivalent). - Strong interpersonal skills with empathy for the elderly and their families. - Good written and verbal communication abilities. - Flexibility to work on a rostered shift basis.
