About the Role We are currently seeking Reliever Caregivers to join our team in Auckland Central. In this vital role, you will support our centres throughout the city, ensuring that our Tamariki receive exceptional care and enriching learning experiences every day. As a Reliever Caregiver, you will work closely with permanent staff to assist with the daily activities of the classroom. Your responsibilities will include providing care, guidance, and engagement for our Tamariki, contributing to a positive learning environment, and embracing the variety of working across multiple centres. Each day will bring new experiences and opportunities to make a difference in the lives of young children. Requirements We are looking for individuals who possess: - A genuine passion for working with young children - Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude - A caring, respectful, and fun-loving nature - The ability to adapt and collaborate effectively as part of a supportive team No formal early childhood education qualifications are required for this role.
