About the Role We are seeking a talented Branch Manager for our BNT Hornby Branch. This full-time, permanent position offers regular hours from Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday mornings included. As the Branch Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage your branch end-to-end, focusing on driving sales, managing inventory levels, and enhancing overall business performance. In this role, you will also be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and leading your team to success through effective recruitment, coaching, and support. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performing environment where your team can thrive.
