About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven Property Investment Specialist to join our award-winning team. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend business development, relationship management, and career growth. As a Property Investment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence across Canterbury while helping property investors unlock their potential.
Your Mission
In this position, you will lead efforts to connect with developers, investors, and industry professionals. You will strengthen in-house relationships to create reciprocal opportunities within Harcourts Grenadier and drive growth in the Grenadier Rent Shop team.
What You'll Be Doing
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting for new business by connecting with key stakeholders in the property sector.
- Building and maintaining relationships within Harcourts Grenadier to generate collaborative opportunities.
- Conducting rental appraisals and assessments for listings, both in person and virtually.
- Guiding clients through the initial stages of their investment journey.
- Presenting at meetings and engaging with the wider Grenadier network.
