    About the Company Premium Portable Homes is a leading builder of affordable tiny homes based in Christchurch. We specialize in designing and constructing high-quality portable buildings tailored to our clients' unique needs. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional housing solutions. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Consultant to become the face of Premium Portable Homes. In this hands-on sales position, you will guide customers through the entire sales journey, from the initial inquiry to contract completion and handover. You will leverage HubSpot CRM to manage leads, efficiently close deals, and collaborate closely with our production team to ensure client satisfaction. We are looking for someone with a creative mindset who can think outside the box, overcome objections, and go the extra mile to achieve sales success. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Converting leads into sales through effective relationship-building and follow-up - Managing customer inquiries, showroom visits, and onsite walk-throughs - Preparing and completing sales contracts with meticulous attention to detail - Utilizing HubSpot CRM to track pipeline activity and manage customer communications - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction - Reporting on sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics Requirements To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in housing, construction, or property - A results-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Confidence in using CRM systems, with HubSpot experience preferred - A valid New Zealand driver's license and New Zealand citizenship or residency - The ability to work independently and creatively solve problems - A professional and positive approach, along with excellent attention to detail This is a full-time position with hours of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
