About the Role We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our butchery team. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training within a supportive management structure, along with opportunities for personal development. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for producing a diverse range of butchery products, while ensuring that our quality, freshness, and profitability targets are met. Your duties will include the preparation and presentation of butchery products, maintaining shop presentation, managing stock movement, and minimizing wastage through effective product rotation. You should be able to comfortably lift weights between 20 to 25 kilograms regularly throughout the day, assist with the organization and storage of delivery stock, and work collaboratively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service are essential. You should also be willing to work additional hours if required by the department. Requirements - A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the butchery field. - Strong physical capability to lift and handle weights as specified. - Excellent attention to detail and high customer service standards. - Initiative and a strong commitment to your role. Hours This is a full-time position, with working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. Salary The hourly wage for this role ranges from $25 to $32, depending on experience.
