About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated individual for a full-time position with an immediate start. In this role, you will be leading and supporting a team of fabricators and installers. Your responsibilities will include reading and interpreting engineering drawings, managing workflow and quality control, and coordinating with project managers and other departments. It is crucial that you uphold health and safety standards at all times while fostering a positive work environment. This position offers a pay rate between $35 and $45 per hour. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation, along with previous leadership or supervisory experience. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work to deadlines and motivate your team. A positive, can-do attitude is a must.
