Ross Home, an integral part of the North Dunedin community, accommodates up to 124 residents requiring rest home level care. At PSO, we uphold values of integrity, respect, courage, manaaki, and aroha. About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team at Ross Home. In this role, you will utilize your practical skills and compassion to support residents in their daily activities. This includes assisting with personal care, mealtime support, and general care duties that enhance the quality of life for our residents. While this position demands hard work, it also offers immense satisfaction from making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. This is a permanent part-time position, with working hours from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM (5 hours per day) on a 4 on, 2 off rotation. Additional hours may be available by mutual agreement.
