About the Role We are currently seeking empathetic and passionate Support Workers to join our Community Services team in Mosgiel. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. As part of a collaborative team, you will assist clients in achieving their goals and reaching their potential through both practical and emotional support. Your responsibilities will vary and will be guided by individual care plans. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: - Meal preparation - Community outings and integration - Medication administration - Personal care (such as showering and toileting) - Home management Requirements We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine desire to help and support others, striving for excellence in all they do. While previous healthcare or caregiving experience is desirable, it is not essential.
