About the Role We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Plastics Manufacturing Technician who is passionate about quality craftsmanship. In this role, you will apply your attention to detail and manufacturing experience to produce high-quality plastic components that meet our standards. Key Responsibilities You will operate various hand-held power tools and equipment essential for the production and assembly of plastic products. It is important to ensure adherence to safety guidelines while maintaining a safe working environment. You will conduct quality checks to confirm that products meet company standards, promptly identifying and addressing any quality issues. Collaboration with team members will be key to efficiently meeting production targets, and maintaining accurate records of production activities and outcomes will be part of your responsibilities. Skills and Qualifications While previous experience in manufacturing settings is preferred, it is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. We are looking for candidates with exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. Work Schedule This position involves shift work from Monday to Thursday, which allows for a long weekend every week.
