About the Role We are currently seeking Production Operators and Assistant Bakers to join our team full-time at our Huntly site. No prior experience is necessary, as we are committed to providing comprehensive training. In this role, you will be a vital member of the Baking and Production team, contributing significantly to our high-performance culture while preparing, baking, and packaging bread products to meet our quality standards. Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for training and supervising others, as well as leading initiatives within the production environment. A solid understanding of our business systems will also be essential. Key accountabilities of the role include: - Operating all equipment in accordance with site standards - Promptly communicating any equipment issues to the Team Leader - Upholding Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and hygiene standards, and addressing any corrective actions from audits or non-conformance reports - Developing strong relationships with internal customers, particularly within the Supply Chain, by ensuring accurate production according to plans - Completing all online quality checks and relevant production checklists Shift Pattern Available: (Day Shift) - Wednesday: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm - Thursday: 3:00 am - 3:00 pm - Friday: 3:00 am - 3:00 pm - Saturday: 3:00 am - 3:00 pm About You To thrive in this role, you will need: - A willingness to learn and develop - Experience in the food industry is desirable - Strong literacy and numeracy skills - A solid understanding of work health and safety, with demonstrated experience in previous workplaces With our sites located throughout the Australasian region, we provide our employees with the opportunity to build a fulfilling career across various functions, locations, and brands.
