About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated individual for a permanent part-time position as the Operations and Pastoral Care Administrator. This role requires a commitment of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will provide essential administrative support to our Operations team and assist our migrant workers at ANZCO Foods Waitara. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing production and quality data reports - Supporting the management team with recruitment efforts - Assisting migrant workers with their induction to the site and the local community - Collaborating with the Health and Safety team on site inductions - Aiding the Site Manager with visits and inquiries from external parties - Supporting compliance and social accountability audits - Performing any other reasonable tasks as requested by the Site Manager Requirements We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and experience: - Proven time management and organizational abilities - A minimum of 1 to 2 years of administration experience - A strong understanding of employment relations requirements - Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office - The ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision - A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion Benefits We offer a competitive remuneration package as part of our commitment to valuing our employees.
