Nightfill Manager/Duty Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Nightfill Supervisor to join our Grocery Department. About the Role In this full-time position, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the operations of the night-fill Grocery Department. Additionally, this role includes duty management responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with prior experience in a similar capacity. We are dedicated to your success and will provide training to ensure you are well-prepared for the responsibilities that lie ahead. You will report directly to the Dry Goods Manager and the Store Manager. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: - Proven leadership abilities - Strong organizational skills - Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization - Attention to detail - A history of achieving success - Ability to inspire by example - Capability to foster a culture of service and innovation Key Responsibilities Include - Exceeding customer service expectations - Maintaining a consistently high level of presentation in the Grocery Department - Managing operations and production to meet customer requirements - Organizing, leading, and coaching staff - Implementing loss prevention strategies - Ensuring product quality standards are met and maintained - Adhering to Food and Health and Safety requirements - Monitoring and managing production to minimize waste The working hours for this role are as follows: Monday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Tuesday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Friday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Saturday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Sunday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM If you have an excellent work record, a high standard of performance, and the drive to elevate our Grocery Department, we encourage you to apply.
