About the Role
We are currently looking for motivated general labourers to join our team as soon as possible. Our clients come from a variety of industries and are seeking general labourers for both entry-level and skilled roles. The pay rate will be commensurate with your experience.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our projects progress smoothly. Your responsibilities will include preparing job sites, handling materials, collaborating with skilled professionals, maintaining cleanliness for safety and efficiency, and gaining hands-on experience with tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with various tasks that contribute to the successful progress of our projects.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up tools.
- Load and unload supplies, ensuring that everything is organized.
- Collaborate with skilled team members and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain a tidy work area to enhance safety and efficiency.
- Acquire new skills and hands-on experience with tools while on the job.
About You
We are looking for individuals who bring a positive attitude and energy to the team. A valid Site Safe ticket is advantageous.
- Team Player: You enjoy working collaboratively with others.
- Willingness to Learn: Whether you are new to the field or have some experience, a strong desire to learn is essential.
- Reliability: Punctuality and readiness to work are important to us.
- Physical Fitness: You should be prepared for hands-on tasks and remain active throughout the day.
- Experience: Previous work in construction or manufacturing is a plus, but we are happy to provide training.
- Certifications: Holding TTM, TMO, WTR, Class 2, or Forklift certifications is preferred.
