Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Social)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced digital advertising strategist to join our team. This role can be performed fully remotely, or you can choose to work from one of our offices in Auckland or Christchurch. If you have more than three years of experience running ads on Meta and other social platforms, along with a proven track record in a mid-sized agency, we would love to hear from you. In this position, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring paid social campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You will also have the opportunity to experiment with advertising on alternative social platforms, generate new campaign ideas, forecast results, and collaborate with our design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives. Requirements Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - Extensive experience managing social ad campaigns with monthly ad spends of $5,000 or more. - In-depth knowledge of social media marketing strategies. - Strong client communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients. - Excellent attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - A diverse range of advertising strategies and tactics that can be effectively applied to client campaigns. - Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4). - Experience with CRM and email automation software is a plus, but not mandatory. - A commitment to delivering high-quality work and a desire to stay at the forefront of the industry.
