About the Role
We are excited to offer a full-time sales position in our Computers and Communication department at our Wellington Tory St store. In this customer-focused role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively sell our computer and communication products. Your responsibilities will include selling a range of products and services, utilizing our point of sale and customer service systems, maintaining the presentation of the department, and assisting with operational tasks, such as stock takes. This role requires availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic communicator who is motivated to succeed in a competitive sales environment. With an uncapped commission structure, you have the potential to significantly influence your earnings.
Ideal candidates will possess the following attributes:
- A quick learner with a genuine interest in the retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Experience with retail sales and point of sale systems is desirable
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
