About the Company
At Busy Bees Dargaville, we pride ourselves on being a close-knit, rural educational center where teaching remains personal and community-focused. Our inviting spaces overlook the beautiful countryside and are enriched by daily activities such as maintaining veggie gardens, fruit trees, and composting, all while fostering connections with a local farmer. Sustainability is an integral part of our philosophy, not just a concept we discuss. Our Nourish menus are prepared on-site in accordance with Healthy Heart guidelines, making shared mealtimes meaningful. As part of the Busy Bees Aotearoa family, our kaiako benefit from clear systems, ample growth opportunities, and a leadership team that emphasizes reflection, collaboration, and enjoyment in everyday activities.
