HVAC Design Engineer

About the Role We are seeking a junior to intermediate Engineer who is eager to grow and develop their skills within our supportive team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to meet clients and stakeholders, discuss their needs, and create practical solutions that will be implemented in commercial buildings. From your first day, you will be actively involved in shaping projects, preparing mechanical drawings and specifications, and ensuring that our HVAC systems meet both client requirements and building code standards. You will also stay informed about new products and technologies through supplier training, and collaborate with contractors, consultants, and partners to ensure seamless project delivery. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills: - Previous experience in HVAC, either in design or industry knowledge - A recognized trade or engineering qualification - Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships easily - Confidence in meeting clients and presenting solutions - Professionalism and a willingness to occasionally travel out of town Additionally, we would appreciate any of the following experiences: - Hands-on installation experience - Knowledge of Revit - Experience in estimating or value engineering - A background as a mechanical consultant Benefits In return for your contributions, we offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience.
