Duties - Business Development - Account Management - Marketing - Property Showing/Open Homes - Participation in Industry Events - Involvement in both Commercial and Residential sectors Requirements We are looking for individuals at three different experience levels, and we will provide appropriate training and remuneration for each tier: Tier 1 - Experienced Salespeople from Other Companies - A minimum of 3 years' experience in a real estate company - Seeking a change or the next step in their real estate career - Open to both commercial and residential sectors Tier 2 - Some Experience in Real Estate - 1 to 3 years' experience - Looking for greater opportunities and rewards for their efforts - Open to both commercial and residential sectors Tier 3 - No Experience - Holds a real estate license but has not yet utilized it - No license but eager for a career change; we will support the right candidate in obtaining a real estate license - Open to both commercial and residential sectors Benefits We offer an industry-leading commission structure that allows you to unlock your earning potential.
