We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Regional Manager for our Christchurch operations.
About the Role
In the role of Regional Manager, you will take complete ownership of our Christchurch property management portfolio. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving financial performance. You will also play a crucial role in developing strong client relationships and spearheading business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead property operations, maintenance, and service delivery across the Christchurch portfolio.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a motivated, high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with property regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance while driving operational efficiency.
- Foster business growth through client acquisition, investor relations, and networking.
- Deliver exceptional experiences for both landlords and tenants.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in property management.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-focused with strong time management capabilities.
- Proficiency with property management systems (such as Palace, Tapi, TPS) and Microsoft Office.
- A collaborative, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
