About the Role We are currently seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our busy Timaru office. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities will include conducting property inspections, preparing and sending reports to property owners, and managing maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, coupled with a commitment to providing excellent service to both tenants and property owners. While a background in Property Management is advantageous, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this field.
