About the Role We are currently seeking a Quality & Systems Lead for a short-term contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in formalizing and documenting our internal processes to ensure we meet elite industry standards. You will collaborate with our manufacturing, installation, and design teams to develop quality systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are ready for external assessment. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and documenting our internal quality management system - Writing SOPs and policies for manufacturing, installation, and design - Developing tools for product traceability, non-conformance management, and internal audits - Creating straightforward workflows for engineering and process approvals - Assisting in the development of training documentation and building a skills matrix This is a unique opportunity to take a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment, helping us achieve the standards required to collaborate with top-tier vehicle brands.
