About the Role
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a dual role as the leader of our showroom team while also providing outstanding service to our customers. In this permanent full-time position, you will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with one rostered Saturday each month.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Leading the retail and showroom team to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Providing informed and excellent customer service to both Trade and DIY customers.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with our suppliers and customers.
- Offering leadership, training, and mentorship to our showroom team, ensuring they receive the support they need.
- Delivering accurate quotes and designed solutions for customers.
- Supporting the branch manager with day-to-day activities as required by the business.
About You
