    About the Company We are a well-established and reputable civil construction company based in the Wairarapa, recognized for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the region. About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Civil Drainage Foreman and a capable Operator to join our team. As the Foreman, you will take the lead on drainage and civil works projects, overseeing site operations, managing teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently. In the Operator role, you will work with machinery and engage in various civil drainage tasks, providing hands-on support in the field. Both positions are vital for the successful delivery of a range of projects throughout the Wairarapa region. Requirements To succeed in either role, you will need a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. You must also be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test. For the Civil Drainage Foreman, the following qualifications are required: - Proven experience in leading civil drainage teams. - Excellent knowledge of site management and drainage systems. - Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate your crew. For the Operator position, the following qualifications are preferred: - WTR Endorsements (mandatory). - Class 2 Licence (preferred but not essential). - Experience operating civil machinery on drainage projects.
