About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Class 4/5 HIAB Driver to join our New Plymouth Manufacturing team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be the timely and secure delivery of frames and trusses to various residential and commercial construction sites. You will not only deliver products but also ensure that our customers receive outstanding service both on-site and off-site.
Key tasks include:
- Efficiently loading and delivering orders while navigating diverse ground conditions at construction sites.
- Safely offloading products and strictly adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs to the highest standards.
Requirements
To thrive in this position, you will need to possess the following skills, qualities, and certifications:
- A valid FULL New Zealand Driver's Licence.
- A Class 4 or 5 Heavy Transport Licence is essential.
- HIAB Certifications (US1753, US16617).
- A Forklift F Endorsed Licence with an OSH Certificate.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude towards tasks and collaboration.
- Competence in navigating computer systems and a good grasp of technology.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.
- Building industry knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
