About the Company We operate a dairy farm with a herd of 1,050 cows situated on a 314-hectare milking platform near Methven. Our farm is equipped with modern technology, including cow wearables and virtual fencing, to enhance the efficiency and welfare of our animals. About the Role We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team for a period of 5 to 6 months. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Your primary responsibilities will include milking cows and assisting with calf care. Additionally, there may be opportunities for tractor driving for those with relevant experience. We operate on a 5 days on, 2 days off roster, which allows for a balanced work-life schedule. Shared accommodation is provided, with each employee receiving their own room. A portion of the accommodation cost will be deducted from your fortnightly salary.
