    About the Company We are excited to introduce a dynamic opportunity to join our Farmers Club team at the Farmers Support Office. Our organization is dedicated to fostering strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences through data-driven marketing strategies. About the Role In this role, you will report directly to the CRM Programme Manager and will be instrumental in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of Farmers Club campaigns. You will leverage data to enhance our marketing efforts and engage with our customer base effectively. As a confident communicator, you will excel at managing stakeholder relationships and will be eager to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining effective relationships across the organization. - Coordinating projects by clearly communicating ideas and concepts to both internal and external stakeholders. - Ensuring high-quality campaign execution through meticulous attention to detail and follow-through. - Supporting the analysis and reporting of campaign performance to drive continuous improvement. - Managing administrative tasks efficiently. While strong administrative experience and a passion for customer engagement marketing are essential, a tertiary qualification in marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
