About the Role In this role, you will report directly to the CRM Programme Manager and will be instrumental in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of Farmers Club campaigns. You will leverage data to enhance our marketing efforts and engage with our customer base effectively. As a confident communicator, you will excel at managing stakeholder relationships and will be eager to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining effective relationships across the organization. - Coordinating projects by clearly communicating ideas and concepts to both internal and external stakeholders. - Ensuring high-quality campaign execution through meticulous attention to detail and follow-through. - Supporting the analysis and reporting of campaign performance to drive continuous improvement. - Managing administrative tasks efficiently.
