About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Joiner to join our expanding team in Queenstown. This position offers a variety of projects and contracts, allowing you to engage in diverse and stimulating work. Requirements We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - A trade qualification in Joinery - Proven experience managing sites and installing kitchens, wardrobes, and various types of interior joinery - The ability to work independently and confidently install joinery when required - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment - A clean, full Driver's License - Residency in Queenstown or a willingness to relocate - Flexibility to travel as needed - Ability to work unsupervised, manage your own jobs, and train apprentices - Honesty and trustworthiness - Experience in both residential construction and maintenance would be beneficial - A dedication to producing high-quality work and a willingness to go the extra mile - Excellent interpersonal skills, both with colleagues and clients Benefits We understand that choosing a new role can be a significant decision.
