About the Role
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Barista. This casual role involves working varied hours and days, with flexibility being essential, particularly for weekend shifts.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service in our café for residents, relatives, and visitors. Your experience in making coffee will be crucial as you craft delicious beverages while promoting a welcoming and caring atmosphere within the village. You will also maintain cleanliness and organization in the café and work closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a busy café setting
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask effectively, including coffee preparation, customer service, and food service
- Strong empathy and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- A reliable, friendly, and professional manner, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
