About the Role
We are currently seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Manager to lead and develop our Electrical & Instrumentation team. This role is crucial as we continue to grow and take on key opportunities in ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive control systems engineering experience and will focus on both internal and external client needs. Excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive team culture are essential, along with a thorough understanding of project delivery.
We invite applications from experienced team leaders in electrical and instrumentation projects, as well as senior control systems engineers looking to transition into a management role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing, mentoring, and fostering the growth of the Electrical & Instrumentation team
- Developing relationships with key clients and suppliers
- Overseeing proposals and estimates
- Creating innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions
- Identifying growth opportunities
- Project management of small-scale projects

- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering and membership with Engineers New Zealand
- Excellent communication skills with a strong client focus
- Proven team and leadership capabilities
- A drive for innovation through integrated process control solutions
- Confidence in pursuing project opportunities and developing relationships with clients and suppliers
