This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for interior design and is excited to be surrounded by the latest lighting trends and technology. Whether you have recently completed your own renovation or have hands-on DIY experience, your familiarity with various design options will enable you to advise our clients effectively on their projects, ranging from selecting a new bedside lamp to creating comprehensive lighting solutions for their homes. As a proven leader with over five years of experience managing a retail team, you will have the skills necessary to build strong client relationships and provide invaluable guidance to your team. You thrive on nurturing others and find motivation in witnessing your team's success and growth. Your positive energy is contagious, and you excel at juggling multiple tasks, balancing the operational aspects of the store—such as inventory management and stock counts—while ensuring both customers and team members receive excellent support. While lighting experience is not required, we do offer a comprehensive training program to help you get up to speed quickly.
