As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to join their team and help maintain their products and facilities in top condition. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks focused on maintaining and repairing portable buildings and facilities. Your work will involve hands-on activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and occasional cleaning of sheds. You will play a key role in ensuring that all products meet the company’s high standards for quality and functionality. Additionally, you will take the lead in managing the hire system in the Auckland yard. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic team. Location, Days, Hours & Rates This position is based in West Auckland, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The pay rate ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. This is a temporary-to-permanent position. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will primarily involve cleaning, which will account for approximately 70% of your time. The remaining time will be dedicated to building maintenance tasks. Previous building experience is advantageous, and you should be comfortable performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping and wiping walls. Since this role requires you to be on your feet for most of the day, physical fitness is essential.
