About the Role VTNZ Hawera is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position offers 13.5 hours of work per week, which will include weekend shifts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our clients while supporting our operational needs. Requirements We are looking for individuals who are highly organized and possess a natural ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have: - Experience in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems - Strong face-to-face customer service skills - Previous office-based experience in administration and data entry All Customer Service Representatives must be available to attend up to a week of paid induction and customer care training, which may require travel away from your home location. Flexibility to work the required 13.5 hours per week, including weekends, is essential. Benefits We offer a competitive remuneration package with an hourly rate ranging from $27 to $33.
