About the Role We are seeking a qualified and registered early childhood Kaiako or a student teacher in their final year to join our dedicated team as a key teacher in our growing infant space. In this role, you will receive strong mentorship and support from our leadership team, allowing you to make a meaningful impact during the formative years of our tamariki. You will be part of a collaborative environment that values relationships with our whanau, who play an integral role in the learning and development of our children. We encourage applicants who are either familiar with or eager to learn about the local purakau (stories) of Ngati Kahungunu, as cultural respect and understanding are at the heart of our teaching philosophy. Requirements - You must be a qualified Early Childhood Teacher with provisional or full registration from the New Zealand Teaching Council. - Alternatively, you may be in your final year of studies toward becoming an Early Childhood Teacher. - A gentle, patient, and empathetic approach to guiding learners is essential, as is the ability to foster a supportive learning environment.
