About the Role
We are currently looking for a fashion enthusiast to join our team in a part-time role of 34 hours per week, working from Sunday to Thursday. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to maximize sales opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include coaching, developing, and providing constructive feedback to your team to enhance their performance.
To thrive in this role, you should be driven by sales goals and possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to every Portmans customer.
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous management experience, preferably in retail
- Ability to motivate and inspire the team while maintaining brand standards
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing wages, and minimizing stock loss
