About the Role We are currently looking for a dedicated Service Receptionist to join our team at our dealership located in Te Rapa, Hamilton. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our service team by managing customer vehicle bookings and servicing at both the workshop and customer counter. Your main objective will be to provide exceptional customer service that enhances sales, dealership performance, and overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities In this position, your responsibilities will include promoting all products and services offered by Ingham. You will welcome customers during vehicle drop-off and pick-up, generate accurate quotes and invoices for repair services, and cultivate strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Additionally, you will ensure meticulous recording of booking and parts sales information, while prioritizing customer satisfaction and demonstrating attention to detail. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess a clean, full driver's license and have a minimum of three years of experience in customer service or administrative roles. The ability to multitask effectively and thrive under pressure is essential. We are looking for someone with a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills in English. You must be a resident of New Zealand or hold a valid work visa, and demonstrate personal integrity and reliability. Benefits We offer a competitive salary that is dependent on experience.
