In this role, you will be central to our store operations, supporting the Store Manager with strategic planning, daily performance, team engagement, and maintaining the polished and inviting atmosphere that our customers have come to expect. As our Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in coaching new staff and ensuring that our merchandising standards are consistently met. Your leadership will inspire your team to champion best practices and tackle challenges with confidence. With your keen attention to detail, you will ensure that every part of the store runs smoothly. Whether you are stepping in to support team members during peak times or developing systems to enhance our operations, your contributions will be vital to our success. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities: - A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supervisory or shift manager roles - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices - A solid understanding of stock control and store operations - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Benefits We offer a competitive pay rate of $30-32 per hour, along with the opportunity to grow and develop your career within our organization.
