About the Role We are excited to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Programme as an Industrial Chemist at our East Tamaki location. The two-year graduate programme will commence in February 2026 and offers a permanent position from your first day. Throughout the programme, you will engage in hands-on projects that contribute to our sustainability goals, participate in leadership and communication development through EMA e-learning modules, and benefit from personalized mentorship by senior leaders. You will also experience a comprehensive induction week, including site tours and sessions with our executive team, as well as opportunities for cross-functional learning and collaboration with industry experts.
