About the Role
We are excited to offer a full-time position for a Cook's Assistant to join our supportive team. This role will be based on a fixed schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, working from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
In this position, you will assist our chefs in preparing nutritious, high-quality meals for our residents. Your responsibilities will include helping with food preparation and presentation, while closely collaborating with and supporting your colleagues.
About You
To thrive in our caring and supportive environment, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (Level 3) or a willingness to obtain it
- Proven experience in food preparation
- A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor
- A strong commitment to food hygiene and cleanliness
