About the Role We are excited to offer a casual position for a Gardener to join our supportive team. In this role, you will work collaboratively to maintain our stunning gardens within a resort-style setting, ensuring that our residents, their families, and our staff can enjoy the beauty of our surroundings. Your responsibilities will include servicing the grounds and gardens to uphold their appearance and safety. You will encounter a variety of tasks, including working on a bowling green, managing water features, and tending to both residential and shared areas. You will also work closely with and support your colleagues to foster a positive team environment. About You To excel in our caring and supportive environment, you will bring previous experience in a Gardener or Landscaper role. Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential. We value a reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor, and horticultural qualifications are preferred.
