This position involves regular interaction with clients and requires a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills. The role operates on a rotating roster of four days on and four days off, with fixed hours from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This schedule provides a healthy balance of work and personal time, changing weekly to keep things fresh. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for performing a range of general cleaning duties, which include mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces. You will also clean restrooms, remove rubbish, polish furniture, and operate basic cleaning equipment. It will be your duty to maintain a tidy and hygienic environment in public areas and communicate regularly with clients to ensure their service expectations are met. Additionally, we appreciate team players who can support the team by covering extra shifts when needed. What You’ll Bring We are looking for someone with a friendly and professional attitude, who can work independently and follow instructions carefully. Good verbal communication skills are essential, as is the physical fitness required to carry out cleaning tasks effectively. Reliability and attention to detail are crucial in this role, along with a willingness to assist with leave cover when needed.
