About the Role We are seeking a People Solutions Consultant to enhance the experience of our employees and support managers throughout the organization. This dynamic role blends HR expertise with collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational delivery. You will be part of one of three specialized teams: - Pay, Leave, Policy: Provide guidance on leave, pay, and policies related to both Individual and Collective Agreements. - Contracts and Onboarding: Manage the complete onboarding process, from preparing digital contracts to welcoming new employees. - Rewards and Organizational Development: Offer support in remuneration, restructuring, and reporting, contributing to our growth and evolution. Your daily responsibilities will include: - Responding to employee inquiries via phone and email - Supporting complex cases and escalations - Leading improvement projects - Facilitating capability-building sessions for people leaders - Coaching Advisors and balancing workloads within the team - Collaborating with various departments to enhance processes and service delivery In this fast-paced environment, we encourage your ideas and support your professional development. About You We are looking for a people-focused problem solver with strong communication skills and a practical approach. You should have experience in HR, shared services, or fast-paced environments, along with a solid understanding of employment legislation. Depending on the team you join, you may also bring: - Rewards and Organizational Development: Experience with remuneration, large datasets, and reporting. - Contracts and Onboarding: Familiarity with employment contracts and confidence in working with digital systems.
