About the Company The Ultimate Care Group is a privately owned provider of specialist residential aged care services. We are dedicated to offering exceptional rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly across our 19 residential facilities located throughout New Zealand. About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Caregiver for a permanent part-time position at our Karadean Court facility. Located in the peaceful rural town of Oxford, this facility boasts beautiful views of the mid-Canterbury hills and is conveniently situated near local shops, cafes, and the library. Karadean Court is the only specialist aged care facility in the area, making it a vital part of our community. In this role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, providing friendly and supportive care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include delivering personal care and assisting with general activities. We require flexibility to work on weekends as needed. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should have at least 1-2 years of caregiving experience and a background in delivering care services. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate empathy and a commitment to excellence in the care of the elderly.
